How to Hire a Killer Team - Do's and Don'ts When Posting Jobs as a Hiring Manager

Hiring managers is entrusted with the responsibility of filling a new position or a vacant position in the organization. They have a huge responsibility towards the organization as they are responsible for bringing in efficient and motivated employees to the organization.

Do’s

  • Be clear about the job description. Ambiguity could cost a lot. Do mention it explicitly if the position you are hiring for requires previous work experience. It will help in eliminating freshers who have no prior work experiences.

Don’ts

  • Don’t forget to mention the salary range you are offering for the position. As prescribing a salary will attract more serious candidates and will give an insight as to how much is being expected from potential employees.
